I lived in Amherst, MA for 27 years and I dealt with another agent in previous occasions, but my sister-in-law suggested that I hire Greg to sell my home. I contacted Greg and we started working on the house. I live in Michigan so I traveled to Amherst, MA to see what needed to be done on the house in order to make it appealing to a potential buyer in a buyer?s market. Greg worked with me on some project and found a contractor to do the job. We decided to replace some appliances, to repaint the house, etc. 95% of the ideas and improvements were suggested by Greg and the contractor did them exactly as Greg suggested. But Greg did also some things, as for example taking care and beautifying the garden. Then I returned to Michigan so Greg was left in charge of the coordination and supervision of the work. He acted as a general contractor. I returned to Amherst for another week towards the end of the project and after that the house went on the market. Greg did a superb job on marketing the house. He is the best. After this experience I consider Greg a good friend. He is hard-working, friendly, good mannered, patient, and has a very nice personality, which helped many times when my patience was not at its best. Thank you very much, Greg.
